introduction

       TOJ800-10F is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent for ultra-low cement or cementless refractory materials containing silica fume which is specially developed by Wuhu Hongma New Material Co., Ltd. Product manufacturing process adopts advanced polymerization and synthesis technology and spray-drying process to ensure uniform reaction of all components and reactivate completely. The spray drying process is mature, safe, stable and controllable, so the quality is very stable. The product has good water reducing dispersion and construction effect. Under the conditions of extremely low water addition, excellent construction fluidity and ample construction time can be obtained.

Scope of application

       The formulation uses a dispersion system of silica fine powder, aluminate cement, alpha activated alumina fine powder, bauxite clinker, and silicon carbide, etc. This product can achieve a good water reduction effect and is suitable for the preparation of artesian castables that meet the construction requirements.

Performance characteristics

1. Low dosage, recommended dosage is about 0.1 %.( The specific dosage is subject to experiment).

2. High water reduction, water reduction rate ≥25%, recommended to add water is about 5%(The specific amount of water is subject to the formula base and construction requirements).

3. Improve durability. This product has high water reduction rate. Under the premise of ensuring the construction quality, water consumption can be greatly reduced, shrinkage and creep after molding and hardening and shrinkage and cracking in the later stage are also reduced.

4. High solubility. This product is added to water can be dispersed without stirring.

5. Good adaptability. It can be adapted to trials based on ultra-low cement or cementless refractory materials containing silica fume.

6. Improve the construction performance. On the premise of ensuring the indicators of the castable, use this product can greatly improve the flowability of the castable.

Safety and precautions

1. It is recommended that after adding dry material and premix evenly, then add water and stir it for more than 4 minutes,  the best water-reducing dispersion effect will be achieved.

2. This product is safe, without toxic, corrosive, and pollution, which is an environmentally and friendly product. 

3. Take good labor protection during transportation, handling, and use. Rinse with plenty of water when contacting skin and eyes.

4. The product is packed in a 20 kg double-layer moisture-proof bag or cardboard barrel. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. The shelf life is two years without damaging the packaging. Please use it as soon as possible after opening so as to ensure the best effect.
