Introduction

      This series of products is a new generation of high performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer which is specially developed by our company for low silica fume or non-silica fumes castable systems. Products meet the technology of the type of castable for high water reduction rate and anti-bleed requirements. Product manufacturing process adopts advanced polymerization and synthesis technology and spray-drying process to ensure uniform reaction of all components and reactivate completely, thereby ensuring good quality stability.

Scope of application

      It is suitable for formula applications of low silica fume, silica-free pure corundum castable system, corundum spinel castable system, aluminum-magnesium castable system, and corundum mullite system, etc. Especially it is suitable for the application of artesian castable.

Performance characteristics

1.Higher water reduction, （≥25%），The water requirement for mixing is reduced by more than 1% compared with the common sodium tripolyphosphate and hexametaphosphate. 

2.Low bleeding rate (≤90%), solves the problem of slurry and aggregate separation common in high-content alumina systems, and improves microstructure.

3.With different products or composite use of this series, the construction and demolding time of the castable can be flexibly adjusted.

4.Improve durability. This product has high water reduction rate. Under the premise of ensuring the construction quality, water consumption can be greatly reduced, shrinkage and creep after molding and hardening and shrinkage and cracking in the later stage are also reduced.

5.High solubility. This product is added to water can be dispersed without stirring.

Safety and precautions

1.It is recommended that after adding dry material and premix evenly, add water and stir it for more than 4 minutes, the best water-reducing dispersion effect will be achieved.

2.This product is safe, without toxic, corrosive, and pollution, that is an environmentally and friendly product.

3.Take good labor protection during transportation, handling, and use. Rinse with plenty of water when contacting skin and eyes.

4. The product is packed in a 20 kg double-layer moisture-proof bag or cardboard barrel. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. The shelf life is two years without damaging the packaging. Please use it as soon as possible after opening so as to ensure the best effect.
